Find an instructor you like, with workouts that will test you, and you will feel like you have a trainer all to yourself. The best part is, you can keep doing videos until you feel worked out enough or stop and start the video as necessary.
2) Go for a walk
Even taking regular walks outside can be enough to improve your fitness levels. But if you really want to amp up on exercise, grab your running shoes or trainers and go for a jog around your local area – you might also be surprised at what you see.
3) Yoga at home
One of the best things about yoga is that you need only your body and a mat to do it. There are tons of online yoga workouts that demonstrate the poses, so you can try pretty much any kind of yoga without leaving the comfort of your own home.
