The Entry fee is for entering the challenge. The medal is sent once the submission form is submitted (You can receive the medal earlier if you would like, please just let us know). Everyone who enters the challenge will eventually receive the medal. If you do not complete or submit the challenge within 30 days of entering the challenge, we will send you the medal. This could be another way to motivate you to finish the medal.
No refund can be given once the challenge entry opened. If you decide that the challenge is not for you, message us as soon as possible so we can solve it. You could start another challenge or give the challenge to a friend or family. When you receive your medal and it has been damaged, please let us know, providing photographic evidence where possible, and we will be happy to replace it for you or offer refund depending on limited medals.
