We founded I Challenge Myself with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more.

 

Challenges Policies

The Entry fee is for entering the challenge. The medal is sent once the submission form is submitted. Only challenges successfully completed will receive a medal. However, if you do not complete or submit the challenge within 3 months of entering the challenge, we will send you the medal unless you tell us. This could be another way to motivate you to finish the medal. No refund can be given once the challenge entry opened. If you decide that the challenge is not for you, message us as soon as possible so we can solve it. You could start another challenge or give the challenge to a friend or family. When you receive your medal and it has been damaged, please let us know, providing photographic evidence where possible, and we will be happy to replace it for you or offer a refund depending on limited medals.

If you have submitted evidence for the challenge and the medal has not arrived in after 2 months, please contact us asap so we can see what has happened. Regarding the distance and workout challenges, you need to be physically fit to enter and finish the challenge. Please discuss and talk to your doctor if needed. Please do not enter if you are feeling 100%. They confirm that they are not aware of any medical condition or impairment that will prevent participation in this event or will affect their health by participation. If they have any concerns they must seek medical advice prior to starting the challenge. For an entry to be valid, entrants must complete the entry form, and pay the required entry fee prior to the commencement of the event. Children are welcome to take part in I Challenge Myself events but should be accompanied and closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Entrants accept that participation in this event is at their own risk and they accept that participating in this event may involve the real risk of injury or death

Social Media 

Submission and enter forms, consent is given to use the name, words, photograph, video that can be used for I CHALLENGE MYSELF social media channels. 

We may collect and process the following data about you:

Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site www.ichallengemyself.com (the “Web Site”) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you enter a race, sign up for our newsletter, search for a product, place an order on our Web Site, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on the Web Site, and when you report a problem with our Web Site. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph.

Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to the Web Site we may automatically collect the following information:

Refund / Returns Policy

Challenges - Entry fees are non-refundable, non-deferrable and non-transferable. Unless the product is damaged. 

Products - Refunds and returns are available for medal holders. If the product does not meet your needs. Please contact so we can give you more information regarding returns.
