Last year, I changed jobs but still felt I needed something, so I began walking, and then in December I found I challenge myself,I have gone from a 14 to a 12 and now fitting into some 10's. My health has got better, and having the medals gave me something to be proud of, I can't take people giving me complements and having people that I don't know giving me that has really helped,I don't use the car, I walk to work.
