RUNNING - Run the distance, recommended distances in MILES (0.5,1,2,5,7.5,10). You may run or walk the distance. CYCLING - Learn to Cycle or Cycle the distance, recommended distances in MILES (1,2,5, 10 or 20) MUSIC - Learn an new instrument or keep practising your instrument ART - Create three art projects using different mediums. EXAMPLES (Drawing, Painting, Clay) READING - Read 1 / 3 / 5 Books! ANIMAL CARE - Take a dog for a walk at least three times. Clean the cage at least three times COOKING - Prepare with help with necessary three different meals
DRAMA - Learn and perform a poem. Perform a scene from your favourite movie or perform a pupput show. SWIMMING - Learn to Swim or swim the distance, recommended distance in metres (25 , 50, 100, 200,500, 1000)
