Hey, I am Yoel, three years ago I ran the London marathon being only 18, 3 weeks old! Overcoming physical barriers and challenges. This video is me three years on discussing the emotional rollercoaster experience from how I trained, mental and physical challenges running a marathon (joyful and emotional stories to being the youngest to run the London marathon.) Hopefully you can learn from my lessons if you want to train for a distance! IT WAS NOT EASY but so worth it! Something I am really proud of, not many people can say that they ran a marathon at 18.
